Blistered Green Beans & Peppers

1 pound green beans trimmed and washed

1 bell pepper, slices

1 tbsp sesame seed oil

2 green onion, diced

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tsp honey

1/4 cup chopped cilantro as garnish 



Heat sesame seed oil in pan on medium to high. Sautee green onions until they become translucent. Next add green beans and peppers and continue to heat on high until they begin to sear or blister- about 8-10 minutes. Finally add in rice vinegar, coconut aminos, honey and sesame seeds and cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and top with fresh cilantro.
