Golden Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower like some other cruciferous veggies (kale) has become a nutritional and culinary obsession and for good reason! Cauliflower makes a great low carb alternative to rice and potatoes and has such a mild flavor it can be seasoned a multitude of ways.  Cauliflower, like most cruciferous veggies, is a rich source of isothiocyanates; a powerful phytonutrient that has been shown to boost immune function, support detox, and reduce inflammation in the body. This recipe can be enjoyed along side your favorite protein entree or can be enjoyed leftover as a snack or added to your favorite salad!
